Calito Dress Company has been making beautiful evening, prom and wedding dresses for over 20 years. Each dress is custom made at the time of ordering. Their quality is excellent and we are very proud to be one of the few online retailers to sell their line.
Please note we have no control and accept no responsibility for the sizing you select for your dress. Measure yourself carefully or have a seamstress or tailor measure you. We suggest you use a seamstress or tailor to give you precise measurements. It can be difficult to accurately measure yourself. Please realize you may need alterations for a perfect fit!
1. Where will my dress ship from?
Your dress will be shipped to you directly from the Calito factory in Canada. If you live in the US, we will add an additional $12 to your shipping fee to cover the cost of international shipping. If you qualify for free ground shipping, you will still be charged $12 to cover the international portion of the shipping. When your shipping confirmation email arrives it will list a Canada Post tracking number. The order can be tracked here.
2. How long does it take for the dress to be produced?
In the busy spring season, dresses can take 2-3 weeks to be made. Other times of the year, dresses can be ready in 1-2 weeks. Please email us at support@bluegala.com or call us at 516-367-1183 for an exact shipment date.
3. Do you accept rush orders?
In many cases, dresses can be shipped sooner than the time listed. Please email us at support@bluegala.com or call us at 516-367-1183 to discuss shipping dates and shipping fees.
4. What is the return/exchange policy?
All Calito dresses are made to order.
No returns, exchanges or cancellations can be accepted.
5. Can I order the dress in a longer length?
All dresses can be made longer. The cost for 3" of length for regular gowns is $30 and $50 for gowns with poufy skirt bottoms. For each additional inch, the cost is $10 per inch.
6. Can I buy extra fabric?
Extra fabric can be purchased for any dress. Prices range from $20 to $32 per yard. Please email us at support@bluegala.com or call us at 516-367-1183 for an exact price. Fabric can be mailed with the dress or earlier if desired.
7. Can I order straps for a strapless dress?
Straps can be added to most dresses. The cost is $20.
8. Can I add a shawl?
Shawls can be made in almost any fabric. The cost is $40. Shawls are 6.5 feet by 20 inches.
9. Can I order a size that you do not list?
Calito dresses can be ordered in any size from 0 to 44. Call us at 516-367-1183 if the size you need is not listed on the product page.
10. Can I make a group purchase for my bridal party?
We have supplied dresses for many wedding parties. We can take orders for any Calito dress in sizes 0-44.
11. When will I get my dress?
After your dress is ordered, it will take 2-3 weeks for it to be produced. If your order contains other non-Calito items, they will be shipped first.
The dress will ship to you based on the shipping method you chose:
Standard shipping - 7-12 business days
Priority shipping - 3-5 business days
2 Day Air shipping - 2 business days.
