2-Day Air shipping option is not available to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, US
territories, Hawaii or Alaska
Overnight delivery
is available. Please call us at 646-370-1900 to inquire about the rates. Orders
shipping to an address that is different from the billing address may be delayed
while they are manually reviewed.

Priority US
shipping
Generally
arrives within 3-6 business days to most areas in the Continental US. Business
days are Monday-Friday with holidays excluded. Credit card approval and/or
address verification must be completed in our system prior to Noon EST in order
for the package to ship the same day. Orders received after Noon EST will ship
the next business day.
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx for the

2-Day
Air
UPS
or FedEx will deliver your order in 2 business days (the order must be
placed by Noon EST). Business days are Monday-Friday with holidays excluded.
Credit card approval and/or address verification must be completed in our system
prior to Noon EST in order for the package to ship the same day. Orders received
after Noon EST will ship the next business
day.
Examples: Order is
received on Monday at 9:00 AM EST. Package will arrive on Wednesday. Order is
received on Thursday at 1:30 PM. Package will ship on Friday and arrive on
Tuesday.
The 2-Day Air
shipping option is not available to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. 2 day
air shipments can be made to US territories, Hawaii or Alaska.

Conversion:
For
international orders, please remember, there may be duties and taxes imposed on
your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs
Office for those charges. Bluegala does not collect duty and taxes to Canada.
Sometimes these fees are paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier
at the time of delivery. Our shipping charge does not include brokerage fees.
All our pricing and shipping charges are in U.S. funds.
You may
receive multiple boxes if you ordered from multiple brands - however, you are
only charged one shipping charge no matter how many boxes it takes to ship you
order!
Most orders
are shipped within 24 hours of order placement unless the item is not available
for immediate shipment. If an item is not available immediately, the estimated
ship date will be on the product page. This applies only to orders shipped in
the USA. An International order generally ships within 3 days from the date the
order is placed.
We have shipped
orders worldwide for over 12 years. The vast majority of orders arrive within
the time frame listed above. Occasionally orders can be delayed for reasons
beyond our control. The delivery time frame listed is not
guaranteed
All
shipping, handling and credit card transaction fees that we incur on refused or
cancelled orders are non-refundable.
